Integrating AB32 Climate Change Planning with SB375 Mandates

Come and join us for an elegant dining experience and hear our guest speaker, Therese McMillan, Deputy Executive Director for Policy, Metropolitan Transportation Commission describe the role of MTC and cities and counties in developing climate change action plans and types of local strategies being considered along with allocation of greenhouse gas emission reduction targets with the Regional Transportation Plan and CEQA. The topic for the evening discussion will include MTC's role in preparing sustainable communities strategies as required by SB375, and their coordination with the BAAQMD and CARB to implement AB32 Scoping Plan and the Bay Area Transportation Blueprint-phased Implementation Plan. We can promise a lively and stimulating discussion. Please join us!
