EPA's Proposed Greenhouse Gas Tailoring Rule

EPA's October 27, 2009 proposed rulemaking related to the inclusion of greenhouse gas emissions in the federal Prevention of Significant Deterioration permit program is one of the most dramatic changes to this program since the Alabama Power court decision of 1979. We are pleased to have Gerardo Rios, Chief of the Permits Office at EPA Region 9 join us to discuss the proposed tailoring rule, and how implementation of this rule could affect implementation of the PSD permit program.
